my two bantam serama somtimes sneezes after they eat mealworms because they scoop them out from wood chips and feed and sometime they sneeze if they get frighten and fly then land some time mucas of some sort comes ut but we humans have that to if we have dust in are noses i personally think it because of dust but i need some one opion to

An occasional sneeze from dusty feed or dust bathing is normal, but sneezing accompanied with mucous would be a sign of respiratory illness. Stress - like being frightened can cause symptoms to present.

Chickens do not get colds, so respiratory illness would be most likely what you have. Separate any sick sneezing birds that have mucous.
