I have a BO that sounds like a hog, snorts when she eats or even just anticipates treats. Doesn't make the sound except at those times. She is healthy, has been the largest of my small flock since I got her at 3 days old, and now she is just over 1 year. She has been brooding unfertilized eggs and is coming out of her hormonal issue, and the snorting is more noticeable.
What do you think causes this? Should I have named her PIG and not BIG BUFF?
