Chicken squatting

Organic doesn't necessarily mean better nutrition than conventional. What it means is that there were no chemical fertilizers, insecticides or fungicides used in the production of the raw materials.
There are never hormones in chicken feed.

https://www.usda.gov/media/blog/2012/03/22/organic-101-what-usda-organic-label-meansWhat the above link tells you is that the grains, legumes and other vegetable matter in the feed were raised on soil that had no prohibited material used on it or on the crops in the three years prior to harvest. Natural substances and mechanical as opposed to synthetic means were used for weed control and pest elimination. GMO products are prohibited.
There is nothing about nutrition specified. The nutrition in feed is determined by an assay of ingredients and again on the finished product.
