chicken stays in coop

I have 3 pullets about 12 weeks old. The one who is in the bottom pecking order tends to stay in the coop most of the day. Any suggestions on how to coax her out?

How big is the coop? How big is the run/yard? How many feeders and waterers do they have?

Does she get picked on a lot? Try luring her out with mealworms... they go crazy for them. Once she's out, close up the door and watch how the others interact with her for a while.
