Chicken swap Milford TSC June 21st (new date)

Oh Yea! I just found out I will be out of town for the Keene swap, but should be able to make it to Milford that date.

Im a little confused...what date did this change from? What was the origainal date? I know there is one June 6th?

Oh yeah... I will have bantam Cochins (unless I can sell them before that) and possibly a Blue Ameraucana roo (haven't decided yet if I'm keeping him...he's gorgeous), maybe EEs, and if my only Marans that hatched turns out to be a boy, he's going too. Maybe a Welsummer cockerel (just can't decide on him either. Nice boy.)
And a red Frizzle Cochin Roo. Just too many boys here!

The reason we cant have the swaps at TSC Milford on any Saturdays untill Late October is due to the Farmers Market using the saturdays.
Unfortunately even though we have whats concidered livestock the FDA and AG dept does not allow for live animal sales at a Farmers Market, the chance of ross contamination is way to high. and I for one can see why they would claim this,
I guess flying feathers, people handling animals and then produces would cause a problem.

I would prefer to keep Milford in the 20's of the motnh anyway, it keeps it consistant, something to be relied upon. and by moving it back to the 21 st we can accomplish this.
It will also free up the saturday for another location to hold a swap giving us 2 chances to sell in one weekend.

I like swaps on Sundays! DH doesn't work Sunday so I can nearly always get the van! Although I'm not 100% sure I am going to make this swap. Depends upon how Merrimack and Keene go.

I was planning on coming, but June 21st is Father's Day and my FIL is 90 and has dementia, so I can't get away...darn...
