Chicken swap Milford TSC June 21st (new date)

I have a pair of black bantam cochins that are approx 5 weeks old and feathering out now. They are supposed to be mottled but the only white feathering I see is on wingtips. The cockerel has green eyes

Hi everyone, new to this forum. My daughters and I went to the Keene Agway Swap and we were thrilled to see all the sellers out in the rain. My girls had a wonderful time learning about the different breeds. They purchase their favorite chics, and they laughed and smiled all the way home.
See you at the Milford swap Sunday.

he's AMAZING X-country!! I'd been focusing on stadium jumping, but my friend took me to a mile course through the woods she had built, with the warning "you might just want to walk it and go around all the jumps with him, since he's kind of small, and it's a hard course." that's how I started out, but before we even reached the first jump, we were cantering fast, then at the end, out and out GALLOPING. don't get me wrong, I wasn't being irresponsible or anything, I walked it on foot and I knew it was safe. He didn't loose his head like a lot of horses to out on the course, he was completely focused and under control! He soared over a 2 or 3 foot high, 1'6" wide stone wall (I had originally thought to go around) like a ground pole!

we were finished, after walk/trotting back to the start in about twenty minutes. then he wanted to go again!! I've never been a BIG XC rider, mostly Stadium and dressage, but he's a pro! and he's FAST.

Thanks for the compliment on the video! I've gotten a a lot of trash about it on forums and stuff because I didn't film it on a tripod in a ring.

I don't have free access to a ring, it's 30$ for an hour, and val would have needed to come all the way down to sign a waver every time because it's her horse. And my dad would eat his shoes before spending money on a tripod!

oooooh, I've wanted red golds for AGES gypsy!! I'll ask my dad... do you have pics? I'll trade you for six quail, lol.
