i would have tried to sway them to another date as there is already 1 swap on that date then 2 then 3. it just takes away from all 3. merrimack has a hard enough time being worth the trip let alone competing with 2 other places. you set up merrimack, i think i wouldnt advertise a store that is taking away from a swap that i set up. just my thoughts.
