. Just got back a while ago from Aprils, got my 2 welsummer hens, they R gettn' adjusted 2 the small coop & my little roo is showing off 4 them, making himself look BIG & FLUFFY , lol:cd
Think They will B named Wilmer & Winnie

I got 6 baby chicks ~~~ several breeds. They R in the big rubber storage box, having a grand ole time in the saw dust, way funny & cute. There is 1 slash Maran that loves to sit on my finger.

. OMW! these babes R so cute, they have themselves covered with sawdust & laying there like they R on the beach. I have them raised up so the lights from the ceiling fan is on them & if it gets to hot , tada~ the fan is right there. Twinkle toes is just having a blast, she has a few crooked toes. What a cute chick.

Does any body have a pair of standard Brahma's they can let go. Would prefer buff's, but would consider other colors. I'm in Southern N.H. Thanks!

Oh My . I just went to shut the door on the coops. Thought nothing of it. closed in my new girls in their coop ( so I thought ) opened the hatch on the main coop to give a last check on eggs, & saw a flash of a chicken coming in , ok ~ then saw a hen with a blanket on ~ Umm , opened the big door & put on the light. Tada , my 2 new welsummer hens were in the main coop. Roosting with the group. I put a screen over their area so no one could fly in or out. so~ how did my new girls get out ? Must have flown the coop ~ lol lol lol

I can't believe it
This is the fastest introduction I have ever had. My Bantam EE X silkie Roo was flashing him self big time. what do I say ~ just awesome.
Well this leaves the small coop open for all my new babes. I am flabbergasted at this , The new girls found away to fly thru the screening .
April, I have 2 keep checking my babies, they R so knocked out from all that fluffing in the saw dust & stretching out like they were sunning them selves on a beach. I worried about loosing them. But they R breathing well & just R so wiped out, no worry

so funny, so cute.. I love my new babes & hens. If U want UR hen blankets back let me know , I can mail them. I think I shall order some for my girls, what a great idea.
