Hi, I have not been to any NH chicken swaps and hope that I am not "ruffling any feathers" by asking this, but I am interested in having a swap at my local feed store and need to know what is entailed (state and dept of ag ) wise as to paper work and blood tests. I am a little more clear on Vermont rules and regs, but not NH.
