i am still new at this..........but we have 16 chickens that will be 12 weeks on monday- we have one rooster in the midst.. which i will be giving back to the woman we bought him from- and I want two more.. i was told they should be about the same age?? but i don't know.. i am still new..... the rooster has a sibling- they are mutts but i love them! so pretty- i was told they are/or could be according to the woman i bought them from "most likely the cochins which are 4 different colors but might be the light brahmas, those are the breeds I have with feathered legs. one last type in her chickens are the brahmas- " i want another one like him.. a pretty one.. lol and such a personality.. except for now.. he is already starting to be mean or seems mean to me.. ?

I didn't make it up that way today.. figured would be too much for traffic- anyone local- jeepchick-puglady- have any chickens left? about 10-14 weeks old would work? i am thinking??

Hello,
I only have 2 black australorps that are in that range. They would be $12 each. It is hard to find them sexed in that age range as typically vendors start trying to sell their birds at around 4 weeks. If you grow one out to 12 weeks you could have sold your 4-6 week olds 2x-3x by then. I have the austs left as I took each one and they acted as "mama" for the youngsters that came in. Helping to show where the water and food were and cuddling with them at night. PM me if your interested in the pair.
