I have my first chick of the year. a new years baby. one of my hens was broody for months. every day when I took eggs from her I got the big time stink eye. she looked so upset that I couldn't stand it any more. I gave her eggs that ended up being not fertile(poor girl) on the second attempt she hatched one. she is a banty naked neck and her chick is a standard size frizzle I am enjoying watching them.

is there any interest in going in on an oder? i want to order some turkey poults but dont really want to buy 25 of them. i only wantlike 2-3.
maybe i can oder some chicks with them =/

I am hoping to have some Red Bourben poults this spring. As soon as they start laying the eggs are going right into the bator.

I have the most beautiful fluffy barred standard Cochin Rooster that was born last spring. he's one of the best looking standard Cochins I've ever seen. I'm sure he must be show quality. is their any Standard Cochin breeders or showers out there interested in him? he's sweet and was raised by little kids carrying him around all the time. I would be interested in trading for a small breed Rooster. If not he's fine here but what a waist of a beautiful bird

I am looking for midget turkeys.
When do your hens start laying again? Mine stopped about 3 months ago. I have good layer breeds besides the Easter egged who was the first to stop in the fall.

Will you happen to have naked necks for sale? (Not sure if you're a vendor or not.) I am looking for some in late march/early April (or maybe sooner). And banty size would be great.

I have a Black Copper Marans chick, and a Marans mixed chick (either with Ameraucana or a BLRW) for sale. I am located in Southern NH/VT. The Black Copper Marans is looking like a little Cockerel, but bred to a blue egg-layer he has the potential of producing a bird that would lay an olive colored egg. For the pair, I am asking $6.00, they were hatched on 12/23/12.
