this is my new double decker rabbit hutch. I have the option of 2 units or I can remove the tray-put down a ramp and have 1 big hutch.
I think it would be great to put on external nest boxes and have the option of using it for bantys.
Greg made this for me. it is on wheels.
That is beautiful, what a great idea, so many uses!!!! Your new bunny is gorgeous as well.

Thankyou.
If anyhone would like to see more views of this hutch just click the link for facebook on my signature line. I just created an album for col cor enterprises. It also has pictures of a cute childs playhpouse that could be converted to a coop.

Speaking of coops, does anyone know of any business with any in stock? Or does anyone make any and can have it done within the week? [Looking for something pretty quickly.]

Another question about putting chicks together. I have been hatching small clutches at home and at school. One of my students really really wants a few, but I am concerned because she has also ordered a few from the feed store to arrive in a couple of weeks. I'm assuming those will be vaccinated. How will this affect my obviously unvaccinated chicks? I heard somewhere (maybe from one of you....) that it is VERY bad news to put them together as the small amount of disease from the vaccine will make the unvaccinated ones sick. But is there a timeframe on that danger? I'd love to give her some, but not if it poses any risk to these chicks in the least. Thanks for any knowledge/experience you might have on this topic!

Ask if the hatchery chicks have been vaccinated. Many times they are not.

Excited for the Milford swap tomorrow. Hoping to score some silkie chicks for my daughter, preferably splash, buff, black, some fun colors. The white ones are so pretty too. Setting up the brooder tonight and keeping our fingers crossed. Should we show up early or is 9 a.m. OK?
