Chicken that sort of cant walk

Hey I have chicken that cant walk unless you hold it up. It can move its legs but otherwise is totally unable to hold itself up. It eats just fine and drinks and shows no sign of pain. What should I do? put her to sleep or is there a cure?

Did your chicken, experienced a traumatic event recently?
Is it just before egg-laying?
How old is she? Have you brought new birds to your flock?
