Okay thank youMine are totally a big part of keeping mentally healthy. Do you need to get permission from a landlord or the city to keep them? Otherwise there’s no really a need to “register” them. If you’re looking into them being a service animal with public access, only dogs and miniature horses are protected under the ADA and must be task trained. Just holding them (as much as that’s truly helpful) isn’t legally covered
