Chicken toe fell off

My rooster broke his toe and then it turned black. Now it fell off. Do I need to give him antibiotics or anything to ward off infection?

I would clean it well, inspect it to see that it's healing o.k.
You can wrap it too, but the wrapping needs to be checked and reapplied daily, if you can't do that, then leave it like it is and clean it every couple of days.
