Chicken toes are swollen and she is missing her nails

I have a hen she is about a year and a half and two of her toes are swollen and missing the nails. She doesn’t seem to be in pain just walking a little slower. Does anyone know what is wrong with her or how to treat it? (She doesn’t usually walk around in walks I just let the chickens out of their pen for the day so they can free range for a bit)

She's had frostbite or possibly rats bite them, no treatment as they've already healed

Yes, that does like there may have been some frostbite on the toes in the past and it has healed. Is this chicken new to your flock?
