chicken tractor and deep litter question

ok I am new to my own chickens. My family has been in chickens for generations but this is my first time. I am building a large chicken tractor for my 6 easter egger hens. The coop will be 4x6 with attached run measuring 6x12. The idea was to move the tractor evey day or two around my 1/2 acre rear yard. now I was originally planning on using sawdust type material on floor of coop and cleaning poo everyday when i tend the girls but now wondering about using the deep litter method. Will the deep litter method work in a tractor coop or only in a regular coop.
