Chicken tractor

I found these plans for a chicken tractor and was wondering if anyone had better/easier plans. I'd hate to build it and have something easier come along. I like the electric conduit idea. PVC is not stable in the sun and will break into hundreds of pieces eventually and we now have coyotes and a pair of haws nesting nearby.

Just a newbies perspective here... It looks like one of the better designs that I've seen.
I saw a few tractors last weekend made from wood, but they ended up so heavy that they were a pain to move.
