just starting mine, it will house 2 hens. I plan on making a stationary base about 2 feet high for it with a cement block foundation. but, its fairly light, with some help I should be able to take off the A frame and move it around the yard on the weekends.

And the other thing to consider is that you won't really be able to keep chickens cooped inside such a small area during the daytime without risking pecking problems, so in cold weather they've pretty much got to go outside during the day.

It's also very difficult to ventilate a space like that without putting the vents somewhere cold air will blow right on the chickens.
