Chicken tucking her head to her right and sleeping most of the time, lost balance to standup

i don't know what happened to her. she passed away today. today morning i felt her crop was full .. so i tried massaging a bit and gave her 1 ml poultry cell, vit B12 and Vit E. little bit water - didn't give her any solids so that food in crop can digest first.. she couldn't swallow the liquids, i saw little bit foam from her mouth.. then she swallowed .. then she is went back to sleep. and after noon i still felt the crop has some content.. and gave her little electrolyte water and poutry cell 1 ml .. she couldn't swallow. then she tried to poop 3 times , but only a little bit light yellowish white discharge came out , she flapped her feathers, she tried to vomit but nothing came out. and she then passed out.
i don't understand what went wrong with her..

Very sorry for you loss. It is hard dealing with a sick chicken, and now she is no longer suffering. If you still have her body, you can keep it cold wrapped in 2 garbage bags on ice in a cooler, and contact your state poultry vet in the early morning and see about getting a necropsy tomorrow to look for a cause of death.
