Chicken tunnel

Hi, can the chicken walk on the fencing in the tunnel or do I need to make wooden footholds ?

It really depends on what you're going for. If you are planning to leave them and let them stay in it you'll want to make sure its predator proof. If its just a tunnel between the garden you'll let them used when you're out there only then you can probably get away without them.

If its a long term thing also consider making sure they have plenty of room to get around each other so there are no fights.
