Chicken unable to walk

Hello Everyone!
I am new and I have a sick chicken. She had her insides out of her vent on Sunday. I gave her a warm bath and she was able to get them back in herself. She seemed to being better up until yesterday. She now can't stand or walk. I gave her a bath again last night and after being in the bath for about 20 minutes she seemed to perk just a little. Then today, her vent is very swollen and her stomach is hard. She is not eating or drinking, still unable to walk or stand and is very lethargic. Does anyone have any suggestions that could help me? Her vent is very soft but her stomach is hard.

I'm guessing here, but she may be an internal layer, and tried pushing real hard and gave herself a hernia.

How do I know if she has an egg lodged? What can I do?

You can lube up a finger and check internally.
