chicken upper neck is inhaling and exhaling. is this how they breath or something wrong with it. Thanks

Can you take a video of what you are seeing? Upload to youtube and provide us a link.

Tell us a bit more information too please. Where are you located in the world, what is your weather like, how old is your chicken, does it seem like it's in respiratory distress, what do you feed, have you noticed any other symptoms (lethargy, not eating/drinking, crop not emptying, laying problems, bloat/fluid, mucous from the nostrils, coughing, sneezing, etc.?
