Chicken vomiting clearish liquid

One of my lavender Orpingtons (6ish weeks old) is not doing well. She has some sort of respiratory disease. She is weak and breathing weird. She has also stopped eating. I have tube fed her small amounts several times and her crop is moderately filled with he liquid from the tubing. She is very sleepy and not moving much. I took her to the vet and they gave her some baytril, but she is still dangerously I'll:-(
Any advice would be muchly appreciated,

What does you vet say it is and what did he say to do to treat the chicken?

Like what food to give etc.

The vet taught me how to tube feed her and gave me baytril for her. He also gave her a fluid injection just under the skin. He said to feed her anything chickens can have that is mushy/liquid or baby/baby bird formula.
