Chicken Vs Ducks

they should be fine then.. just make sure you keep the humidity up for the ducks when they go to hatch and that they are slow coming out of the shell compared to chickens

Chickens all hatched how high does the humidity need to be for the ducks? I candled them tonight and I can see them pushing on the membrane.

for ducks:
humidity: incubation 45 to 55% ... lockdown 65+% (I drop the temp to 97* and raise humidity to 70%)

just remember .. ducks are slow at hatching compared to chickens.. so allow more time for them to make it out of the shell

I don't know the exact date for them so how many days do you think I should wait until we are to the point they aren't going to hatch?

i would give them about 5 days.. after that if none have pipped candle them again.. and then depending on what you find take one and break into the air cell to see how the duckling is doing.. if he's still alive cover the opening with wet paper towel (unless he's shrink wrapped.. that's a different scenario altogether).. but if your humidity is high now they should hatch without any problems
