Chicken w/ a tumor??

I have a 1yr. old buff orpington hen, who has developed a plum size pink, fatty lump about 2 inches from her bottom. she is not egg bound and will still lay eggs. has anyone ever had a chicken like this?? she still eats, drinks and otherwise acts normal. she doesnt seem to mind when you touch the lump. what could this be, and should i be worried???

Is there a chance it is a cyst from an ingrown feather?
