Chicken waddling and tail down seems sad

The saga continues she still not 100%. She has really long nails so I am in the process of trimming them. She has more pep in her step but something still seems off. When walking she still is super slow and waddle/limpish.
Not thinking it is egg yolk peritonitis. No signs of bloating. We have been treating her with VetRx just in case since we have no idea what’s going on with her.

Hey, I had a hen act like the one mentioned in this thread. I believe she just had some worms that were negatively affecting her. I gave her vitamins, electrolytes, and dewormed her with Safeguard Liquid Dewormer. After the first dose she was back to being a normal hen.
