Chicken Walking on One Foot

I'm worried one of my chickens hasn't been eating or drinking enough and I think it has something to do with it's foot. It seems to be tripping when it walks and when it stands only stands on the left foot. I think it might be some disease, from what I can tell it's not an injury, because It didn't look like anything was really broken. (Although I did notice the back toe wasn't really going flat when it walked, but I think that's because something else is making it uncomfortable to step down) The only thing I noticed about it's feet is that maybe the right foot is very very slightly swollen compared to the other foot, even harder.

Any possibility that the toes are frozen? Can you post pictures of the foot?
