Anybody can help me on how to achieved 1.5 weigh in in 30 days?.my business is poultry raise chicken for slauthter.

You may want to post on the "meat birds," thread - you can use the search box to find it.
Generally the common meat bird like Cornish x, grow at a rapid pace and can be processed at 8 weeks of so. They will eat alot without any encouragement.
 
Hello and welcome to BYC. Constant access to feed and using broiler finisher food towards the end of their lives will help. The meat bird guys will be able to help you out, I'm sure.
