Chicken wheezing and sneezing

Hello! My 5 year old americauna is making these wheezy sounds and sneezing- I think she has something in her airway as it just started happening after I saw her taking a dust bath in my daughters sandbox- anything I can do? I gave her a bit of olive oil and massaged her throat already

A day or two, they don't get to blow their noses like we do, so it'll will be a bit. ;]
