I am trying to cook some chicken wings for dinner tonight, to use up the last of the store bought chicken from my parents. I thawed it out overnight in the refrigerator, about how long does it take for them to be fully cooked if cooking them in a crock pot/slow cooker? Should they be cooked on high or low temp? I am just adding some bar-b-que sauce in with them for a party this evening....

Well, with the slow cooker, I would put it on high for a couple of hours. However, the meat will fall off the bones - in other words, you won't be able to pick them up and eat them.

How about putting them on a cookie sheet in the oven for about an hour at 325 degrees?

Here's how I cook wings: Put a couple of tablespoons of olive oil in a big skillet. Add wings. Cook on medium high till they are crispy, keep turning them so they don't burn, then turn on low for about 40 minutes. I add the seasonings the last 1/2 hour. They turn out crispy on the outside and still are attached to the bone. The seasonings I prefer is the Cajun Seasonings powder in a shaker can.
