Chicken With a Bum Leg

I recently posted that my 8-month old buff Orpington had a hurt leg. She has since started stretching it out behind her and it’s fiery hot to the touch. Any ideas?

Infection or perhaps a break? Snake bite? Just a couple of ideas, my first guess is my best.
