what do you usually feed the hen?
please describe in detail, the "large sac under the left side"
is this in the vent area? belly area?
does it feel hot?
could it be an abscess?
what color is it?
has the hen laid eggs? if so, when did she last lay?
how old is the hen?
has she free ranged outside?
has she ever been wormed?
