Chicken with bloody head and missing feathers

Yesterday my husband noticed that one of the RIRs was missing feathers on her head, but didn't think anything of it. Today when we got home we noticed that she had a bloody head and almost no feathers on her head. We separated her, but are unsure of what else we can/should do?
