A couple days ago I noticed that one of my girls had a blueish waddle. I thought I would check in on her in a couple days. Now the whole side of her face is blueish and her eyelid is swollen. She seems to be a little lethargic but she is not in distress and her body does not seem to be shutting down. The rest of the flock seems to be fine but I am concerned about it spreading to my other girls i can isolate her if I need to but I hate to do that because they are flock animals. I will send pics soon.

I would look her over for signs of a tick. You might try giving her a half of a dose of children's Benadryl, just in case of a tick bite, which apparently can cause swelling and bruising. Other things that could cause discoloration of the wattles would be fowl cholera or frostbite. A clearer picture would help.

Does your chicken have enough clean drinking water? Did you changed your feed lately? Maybe you gave them new grains? Maybe immature oats or wheat? Does she have a smell from here crop? Or bad smell diarrhea? If she have one of this symptoms it could be Bluecomb syndrome, a possible treatment is to use Cooper Sulfate 1 gram per liter drinking water for 3 days.

They have plenty of water but I buy my feed from a feed store that changes their feed mix in the bag. It is always fresh because they eat it so fast. I will isolate her and see if those treatments work for her. If not I will contact a vet.

I went over her I think she has blue comb I am going to start her on a round of antibiodics and give her Benadryl also I will put copper sulfate in her water. If none of that works I'll call a vet out.
