Chicken with broken wing

My chicken has had its wing down and it’s stiff when you touch it and he can’t move it.His wing has been like that for about a month and I was wondering if there’s a way to fix it even at this time or if it’s to late to fix it what can I do?

I would think it is a little late but I’m not an expert, hopefully an expert responds.

If it's been that way for a month, then it's likely healed that way. If it's causing problems walking, roosting, or eating/drinking, or causing the bird to be attacked, then if vet care is an option for you, then a good avian vet could x ray it and tell you for sure what's going on, and whether there are any possible treatment options. Trying to do something yourself at this point would likely be very painful and might cause more or worse problems.
