Chicken with bumble foot

[Blue is my chicken]

This morning I noticed that honey my brahma hen was limping so I picked her up and she had a black scab on each foot, both feet are affected
Checked everyone else but they were fine
My question
Should I separate her?
How should I treat it? I have seen lots of different things like operate on it or soak it
And anything else that might help

You don't necessarily need to separate her, but you do need to start treating the scabs/remove them and the "kernel" underneath:
