Just to let you all know, she is still hanging in, but not fully recovered..not eating as well, but still a good weight.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for their advice.

I am thrilled to say that she is doing really well. 14 days on a new antibiotic and treated for Cocci and she has laid two eggs. Because my flock is organic I am taking her out of my laying flock and am looking for a rooster for her.

She is completely well. I am now pumping her full of herbs and home-made raw milk yogurt and pro-biotics. Her comb is still a bit pale and is still fallen over. So I won't put her with a rooster, or any other chooks until she is back to her previous condition.
