Labored breathing and sneezing/wheezing in hen

1)What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
-15 month old hen, around 6 pounds
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
-opening and closing mouth, wheezing/sneezing, more lethargic than usual but still running around
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
-At least 24 hours
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
-no
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
-no
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
-unknown
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
-she's been eating and drinking normally from what I've seen. NatureWise pellets, dried mealworms occasionally, and free ranging in yard occasionally
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
-Normal from her. One chicken has had runny poop but no other signs
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
None
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
I can take her to the vet but they're closed on Sunday and Monday so I'd like to help her now if I can

-Pine pellet bedding in a 4x4 coop, in a 8x20 run
