You need to provide more info.
What kind of feed do you have them eating?
How old is the chicken?
What breed?
Where do you have them kept?
Do they free range?
Are there any other birds with her? Animals?
Do you have supplements in the water?
What has the temp. been like ?
Can you post a photo?
Do you have her seperated from the others?
Is she inside with you so you can keep an eye on her?
How long has it been going on? a day? a week?
Have you looked up wry neck?

Please read the information here as what might be causing this:
http://dlhunicorn.conforums.com/index.cgi?board=emergencies&action=display&num=1160928615
immediate questions and considerations:
What breed ( if a silkie then it might be due to head injury)
> water quality > bacterial , algae, or botulism incl high sodium content
>do the birds have access to a compost heap (botulism or mycotoxin)
>salt toxity
>toxic weeds or plants or moldy feed or bedding

I know many have used pig feed in an emergency when they have unexpectedly run out of feed or such but it is not something I would make a habbit of mixing in with their feed.
