How old is the bird,
do you have any antibiotics on hand,
how long have you had her,
where are you located in the world?

Any lice or mites?

Crop emptying?

Sounds like some type of ear infection or ear canker. Does she have any lesions inside the beak?

I didn't see any lice or mites. She is only about 1 year old and we have had her about 7 months. We are in south New Jersey. Will try checking her out more with your questions tomorrow.
