Chicken with disheveled feathers

I just posted this under diseases but I started this thread here and wanted to respond for requests for pics.

This is my 4 year old Ameracauna. For the last couple of weeks I just thought she was having a spring molt. She is active and eating well but looks a mess. I have notice crumbly poo in the coop in the morning but, I have 5 other chickens and there are about 2-3 piles of crumbly poos under the roost. The other 5 seem fine. As I was taking the pictures (just now) she pooped and it was diarrhea. A real watery squirt.
A few months ago she was walking like she was drunk. I gave her polyvisol (no iron) and pedialyte for several days and then she seemed fine. But this is how she is now.
Any thoughts info would be very appreciated.

Waiting for husband to get home so he can hold her and I can closely inspect. Thanks!

How fresh does the feces have to be. I wanna make sure I get hers.

I don't know...it is best to call the vet to get the price of the test first and you can ask the question to them. I have read some people saying that it was $20 and another saying $100 or so. It may be that all vets won't do it and thus it is best to call ahead- you only have to bring the poo, not the chicken I have read.

They can also test for cocci at the same time, but with your dry environment I don't know how likely that would be.
