Chicken with eyes swollen shut

I have a chicken with her eyes swollen shut and she is making a gasping sound and look. what should I do?

Would need a bit more info. Don't know about the eyes, but have you looked up gapeworm?

When my chickens had those symptoms it was diagnosed as an upper respiratory infection. Call your local feed store and talk to someone who has been there a while and see what meds they have.
