I have a hen that is 13 weeks tomorrow. I have become slightly worried because she has some flakey skin. I don't know if all pullets have flakey skin at this age because I've never noticed it before but it's a lot. Whenever she sits on me when she leaves I have a ton of little flakes of skin all over my shirt. Would a bath or coconut oil help?

Here is a picture of this adorable hen:

That sounds like shaft, not skin. Some seem to have more of it than others and you'll typically see it the most around molts. She's young and still growing in feathers, so that's what it's from. It's nothing to worry about and eventually you'll see less of it to none at all. I've had the shaft fall off of my pullets too. :thumbsup

Chickens have a lot of dander. If you have ever raised them inside your house for a couple of weeks, it is like having drywall dust on top of everything. I agree that it may be flaky skin. What are you feeding? If anyone at home takes fish oil, you can open a softgel and smear a little on some food every couple of days. The fatty acids may help.
