One of my girls has a hard lump pressing towards her eye. She’s behaving normally but I can tell it bothers her slightly. No sneezing or abnormal behavior, she is acting quite normal with the rest of the flock.

Appreciate any help I can get regarding this. We don’t have access to a vet at present.

I don't have a ton of experience, but something that will cause no harm is flushing the eye with saline rinse. You can pick up an eye wash at like Tractor Supply or a pharmacy. I had a hen with an eye issue and the vet said that chicken sinus systems can get clogged up pretty easily, and gentle flushing with saline can really help get things moving. I was doing twice a day with my hen and it really helped her. (The eye wash kit I purchased came with an ointment, but all I used was the rinse).

If it's an actual growth/tumor/cyst, I'm not sure the best course of action and hopefully someone else here can help with advice in that direction.

If it is hard it sounds more like a cyst or tumor. You could try to lance it and try to squeeze out anything inside. Or watch it to see if it grows. Of course it may affect the eyesight.
