Chicken with injured toe? How to treat?

My chicken has an injury on its toe and has been limping and laying down. I have checked it's foot and it doesn't seem to be bumble foot. Do I wait it out or give it treatment?

Can you get a close up of the injury? Hopefully, she has ‘t broken the bone. I would use chlorhexidene, Betadine, or Vetericyn Wound Spray on the injury twice a day. Plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment are very good as well.
