Chicken with neck injury help!!

Help!! I have a chicken that has a neck injury, I cleaned all the blood off with hydrogen peroxide, water, vinegar, and soapy water. I have also seperated her, What else should I do? Here's a picture.

The peroxide and water was sufficient, vinegar probably burned like fire and soapy water wasn't necessary.
Put some neosporin or real honey on the wound and it might be best to keep her seperate until it starts to heal.

If you can get 2% chlorhexidene, saline, or Vetericyn wound spray, use that 2 times a day, followed by plain Neosporin antibiotic ointment. It may take a few weeks for skin to granulate in and close the wound. Make sure flies don’t get into it, or that she is not pecked by others. Separate her in a dog crate with food and water, but she can be near the others.
