Chicken with neck tumours - symptom of Mycoplasma or Marek's?

Update: I took her to the vet today and they prescribed Isathal Eye Drops for cats/dogs etc. in her ear twice a day. The reason they gave me eye drops instead of ear drops is because apparently the ear drops have something in that is toxic to birds. It comes out as more of a gel than a liquid. Has anyone had experience with this and was it effective?
