Chicken with pussy comb

Help. 1 year old cream legbar that has developed lesions, blisters, and pus on her comb and earlobe has blisters. The chooks free range so she COULD have gotten into something noxious, but we've been unable to find anything. None of the other 7 ladies have any symptoms. Isolated, Cleaned and sprayed with antimicrobial spray.
Any ideas or cures?

A wound spray may help but watch the eyes. An antibiotic ointment also.

If possible clean it good and use one of the above.

Any sign of mites or fleas?

No signs of mites or fleas on her or any of the others. Using the spray. Getting ointment and supplements today.

Where are you located in the world? Is it hot or cold, and do you have mosquitoes out now? Any freezing temps? Has the hen been pecked and bullied by the others? What do you have for a mild antiseptic to use? Mild wound spray, 2% chlorhexidene, or saline can be used to clean wounds. Then plain Neosporin antibiotic ointment or chlorhexidene cream may be used. What are some antiseptic creams available to you? Savlon may be available in some countries.

Florida, northwest. Been warm. Mosquitos have been very few this year (I honestly can't recall seeing any so far this spring). She is the lowest on the pecking order, but mostly gets ran off and not really pecked or attacked. I am using Vetericyn plus antimicrobial spray. Using neosporin to coat. She doesn't appear to be in pain.

I would watch to see they aren’t continuing to peck her comb. It may be worthwhile to place her in a wire dog crate with food and water while she is out with them, unless you are there. It doesn’t really look like fowl pox, but more like a runny sore from pecking.
