Not sure why this is? Can anyone offer help or suggestions?
Hatched today sometime. Sorry it's fuzzy

it hasn't fully absorbed the egg yolk before hatching. If it doesn't disappear inside soon (and I don't think you should intervene to try to help it do so), the chick will not survive.

I have kept reading. The posts and info. are so helpful. It was absorbed a little bit more but the outside of it is dry. I put some coconut oil on it. I'm going to put the other chicks under a broody hen. I'll let this one wait in the incubator a few days and see. Not sure whether to clamp it or just wait and leave it.
